Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10/12/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cleanly (“Cleanly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you access or use our website and services (the “Service”).
Cleanly operates a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with independent cleaning providers. We are committed to transparency and protecting user privacy.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Personal Data you provide
We collect limited personal information necessary to operate the platform, including:

Cleanly does not collect or store payment card information.
Subscription payments (for cleaner access to messaging features) are processed securely by Stripe. We receive only limited transaction information (such as payment status or subscription level) and do not have access to full payment card details. Cleaners can message homeowners about their first listing for free. To message homeowners about additional listings, cleaners need a paid subscription of $4.99 per month, which renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Payments for cleaning services are handled directly between homeowners and cleaners, outside the platform.
